国境がないことで、企業は世界中に従業員を配置することができ、遠隔地の従業員やサテライトオフィスへの流れは、パンデミックの間にさらに加速しています。このようなトレンドから、Edtechスタートアップはどのようにポジティブな利益を得ることができるのか、サテライトオフィスの開設、グローバルコミュニティへの参加、グローバルパートナーシップの構築などをシェーン・マシューズ氏（クイーンズランド工科大学准教授）とともに紹介します。

　

■登壇者紹介
●シェーン・マシューズ博士
QUTビジネススクールの准教授で、デジタル化による組織改革を専門としています。マーケティングと国際マーケティング戦略の分野で20年以上の経験を持つ。デジタルマーケティング戦略、国際マーケティング、組織力学的能力の分野で50以上の出版物がある。

●パブロ・リベロス（プレゼンター）
日本のEdtechであるTsunagaru EdutechのCEO兼ファウンダーです。元シニアデジタルラーニング、グローバルエキスパートで、15年以上デジタル教育のみに携わってきた。エドテックエコシステムの概要、日本での事例、トレーニングやスタッフ育成のための社内エドテックコミュニティーの構築の重要性などを紹介する。

■ContentsThe lack of digital borders means that businesses can have their employees situated around the globe, and this trend towards remote employees and satellite offices has only accelerated during the pandemic. How can edtech startups benefit positively from such a trend, opening satelital offices, joining global communities and global partnerships.

● Dr. Shane Matthews
Dr Shane Mathews is an Associate Professor with the QUT Business School who specializes in organizational transformation due to digitalization. He has more than 20 years in the area of marketing and international marketing strategy. Shane has more than 50 publications in the area of digital marketing strategy, international marketing and organizational dynamic capability.

● Pablo Riveros (Presenter)
Presenter Pablo Riveros, is the CEO and Founder of Tsunagaru Edutech, Japan Edtech. Former Senior digital learning and global expert with over 15 years experience in only digital education. He will give an overview of the Edtech ecosystem, case studies in Japan, and the importance of building internal edtech communities for training and staff development.
